Jacob's Welcome Home Party!!! June 12, 2004

Even though Jacob arrived home on March 5, 2004, we wanted to wait until he adjusted before we "officially" welcomed him home with a party.  There were also weddings and a new addition to the Demchak / Ayers family, so we wanted to wait until everyone was settled to have the party.  Thank you everyone who attended and made our day so special.  Jacob had a great time meeting and playing with everyone!
